Rules for users
§1. In order to ensure a good stay, certain rules apply to this Teamspeak, which are listed below.
§2. Those who don't stick to them will be punished based on what you've done wrong.
§3. Insults - The respective admin decides from mild to severe insult - Banned from 2 hours
§4. Nudging spam - you get a warning and get kicked by the server - from 2 warnings you get a 1 hour ban
§5. Nudging during a competition / casual game - you get a warning and get kicked by the server. - From 2 warnings you will get a 2 hour ban. If you need support, write to the team member
§6. Text chat spam - you get a warning and get kicked by the server - from 2 warnings you get a 1 hour ban
§7. Offensive nicknames - You will be kicked twice from the server with the reason (Namechange 1/2) - Then you will be banned from the server for 2 hours
§8. Voice distortion devices - Voice distortion devices are not tolerated here at all - therefore you first get a warning and then a ban of one day
§9. Recordings in public channels - recordings may only be started if an admin allows you - you will first receive a warning and then be banned from the server for 2 hours
§10. Offensive Avatars - Racist; Offensive; Pornographic avatars are immediately punished with a 3 hour ban
§11. Offensive description - Offensive descriptions will first be penalized with a warning and then with a 2 hour ban
§12. Whisper - People who whisper other users are first warned and then banned from the server for 2 hours
§13. Musicbots - Musicbots may only be used in private channels, or an admin allows you to use them elsewhere - Will be punished with a 2 hour ban after a warning

§1. Team members do not have to justify themselves to users for their actions that are FORBIDDEN .
§2. Use of VPN or proxy is FORBIDDEN on this server .
§3. Interfering with communication, harassment and insult as well as provocation (if these things happen intensely, repeatedly or deliberately) and any threat to users, the users will receive a hard warning.
§4. Agreeing on or carrying out illegal acts or calling for them to do so are FORBIDDEN .
§5. Sending advertisements without consulting the team management is FORBIDDEN .
§6. Recording the conversation without the express consent of everyone in the channel is FORBIDDEN on this server .
§7. prolonged or repeated sending of recordings or streams without the express consent of everyone in the channel, PROHIBITED .
§8. Sending or otherwise publishing any recordings (image, sound, video, etc.) by other users without their verifiable prior permission (including in avatars, published URLs and broadcast audio) are PROHIBITED .
§9. seditious or racist in verbal statements, usernames, channel names, avatars or published URLs, including right-wing extremist content such as Hitler, swastika, SS, 88 etc.,
§10. obscene, pornographic or similar in usernames, channel names, avatars or published URLs,
§11. the string "[Flatline]" and very similar strings in usernames, channel names, and avatars, and other ways to pose as a Flatline team member.
§12. Music bots are currently only provided by the team. If a user wants to provide their own music bot, they can ask the team management about it.
§13. Telephone bot is FORBIDDEN on this server .
§14. Names must be recognizable in order to ensure that the users can be differentiated.
